Wayne Howatt

Director

Wayne Howatt is our director of Building Surveying & Compliance, however as he is a bit of a technical and design wiz he also heads up our ICT and technical operations. Wayne started out in Architecture and has accumulated over 29 years experience in construction, property consulting and IT. Wayne is also responsible the D&H Energy Group and is currently overseeing the implementation of new energy related projects throughout the UK. Wayne and his team are driven to provide no-nonsense solutions developed through research, knowledge and hard work.

Wayne has many years experience in both public and private sectors on projects of varying sizes. In response to market requirements, Wayne has laterally focused on compliance issues such as access audits, asbestos management and energy.

Needless to say, Wayne is a busy man yet he still finds time outside of work to attend to his many engineering interests! The proud owner of a Harley bike, the DH team can hear him arriving at work from a five mile radius.
