3,000,000 sqm now been surveyed for EPC’s

DEARLE AND HENDERSON are proud to be at the forefront of delivering Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to a range of clients across Scotland, and are developing sophisticated systems and procedures to assist our fully accredited team of energy surveyors and assessors ensure compliance with the European Directive. We have already completed comprehensive surveys, and provided EPCs to the following organisations together with our strategic partners:

•    East Dunbartonshire Council
•    City of Edinburgh Council
•    North Ayrshire Council
•    Heriot Watt University
•    Falkirk Council
•    Orkney Council
•    Shetland NHS
•    Access/Glasgow Council
•    Culture and Sport Glasgow

We have also hosted Seminars on the provision of Energy Performance Certificates with representatives from BRE, Building Owners and Building Designers addressing an audience of Public Building Managers, Property Owners and Estates Directors, representing Local Authorities, Further and Higher Education, Police and the NHS.
Together with our industry leading strategic partners, “CADmeleon” amd “Green Energy Partners”, we believe we lead the way in the provision of this service having now surveyed and completed EPCs to nearly 3 million sq m of public buildings in Scotland.
